Alex is a CHEK Exercise and Lifestyle Coach through the Corrective High-Performance Exercise Kinesiology Institute in San Diego. Alex is also registered as a personal trainer with Fitness Australia and has qualifications in endurance training, corrective exercise, swiss ball training, core conditioning, back training, pilates, older adults training, teaching and remedial massage
